Your telephone enquiry will always be promptly answered during our office hours (9am to 5pm weekdays excluding bank holidays) by an experienced English speaking human. On the rare occasion your call is answered by our answering service, your call will be promptly returned within 1 hour. We do not operate a call queuing service.
We will always be able to track your purchase as we maintain secure purchase and sale records with easy retrieval.
A VAT invoice and receipt will be supplied with each purchase.
